  The best part, from a female customer point of view, is that I never once felt patronised or felt that I would be treated any differently if I was a male customer, which can be the case when discussing road bikes at some other bike shops. I have to say that is a huge plus for TFM.

  Thank you so much for getting me back on the bike so quick. I limped in to the Brighton store after my cleats played up on the way home from work on Friday - just before closing time. I was greeted by friendly smiles and great service and resourcefulness.

  Recently went out for some one-on-one mountain bike coaching with TFM's Ryan and it was an amazing experience. It was a friendly and relaxed session with no pressure or 'getting talked down to'. My skills have improved dramatically, and I will definitely be going back for more advanced sessions. Thanks guys!

  Another fantastic benefit when purchasing your bike from these guys is the TFM Care + package which offers Lifetime warranty, Lifetime free servicing and FREE puncture repair. Unfortunately I encountered a heavy duty staple on the road on only my 3rd ride with my new TREK Emonda (Love this roady bike!) and within 10 minutes of dropping my tyre into TFM the puncture was repaired. No hassles, no dirty hands and no $$!

  Ryan from TFM Brighton was great. He spent a lot of time discussing the models I was interested in and letting me test ride them, offering to make adjustments here and there to ensure the end result would be the correct fit.
